Scope

The main steam pipe of utility boiler has high working pressure and high temperature, which is the key point of metal supervision and inspection. Recently, there have been many cracking and leakage accidents of main steam pipe in China, which cause human casualties and seriously affect safe operation. CTS-409 is used to measure the thickness of boiler tube fittings of thermal power plant with oxide layer / sediment without liquid couplant. Excellent detection effect:

In large-capacity subcritical and supercritical thermal power boilers, internally threaded tubes are commonly used in membrane water-cooled walls. Compared with the common smooth tube, internally threaded tubes can effectively prevent the formation of a steam film between water and the tube wall, increase the flow disturbance in the tube, make the tube wall temperature more uniform, not only avoid burnout of the smooth tube, but also improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler. However, the water-cooled wall tube in the furnace is corroded by flue gas, coal ash and flame during long-term service, which is prone to wear and corrosion, resulting in partial thinning of the tube wall. Under the action of high-pressure and high-temperature steam in the tube, serious accidents such as pipe burst and leakage finally occur. CTS-409 can detect the corrosion of the inner wall of the water-cooled wall of the power plant boiler by electromagnetic ultrasonic testing, while no need to clean and polish the surface, with high testing efficiency and sensitivity.
