Three specifications of quick-release parts are provided, by replacing the quick-release parts,it can meet the detection requirements of different pipe diameters and have wide adaptability.
The special TOFD and phased array probe holder mechanism designed for pipeline inspection can effectively ensure the coupling of probes.
The walking wheel of the quick-release part has a magnetic attraction function, and the installation and debugging of the whole scanner is convenient and fast.
According to customer's requirements, we can provide the walking aid cassette to correct the deviation of walking.
The main structure of the scanner can be used as a plate or pipe weld scanner.
The matching wedge has a water injection hole, which can realize automatic water spray coupling, and the water spraying device has manual and electric mode.
